Biltong and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • Biltong, thinly sliced

  • Mixed stir-fry vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)

  • Soy sauce

  • Garlic, minced

  • Ginger, grated

  • Sesame oil

  • Cooked rice or noodles

  • Instructions:

  1. In a wok or large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.

  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for a minute.

  3. Add biltong slices and stir-fry until slightly browned.

  4. Add the mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry until they are tender-crisp.

  5. Pour in soy sauce, toss everything together, and serve over cooked rice or noodles.
